Womboo Orchestra (FR)
French fusion brass-band aka Wombolombakéhé!!!
With their horn bells sticking out from the windows of the caravan at the sound of the faintest rhythmical signal, the Wombo Orchestra is a family... And you don't need to open your eyes to see it. Their overflowing energy explodes from all sides and sets everybody's neck in motion. The message is for the heart's knees and the soul's thighs.
Whether they're in the street or on stage, the Wombos depict their musical universe through « brass band » arrangements and make us discover music that we thought we already knew. The percussive transe is aroused by powerful, saturated and compact horns. To top it all, the melodic and feminine vocals add the final multicoloured touch to the paintings through a furious megaphone.
Playing in a brass-band, it's blowing hot air ; but steady and in the right direction!

Mississippi Big Beat
The alchemists arrived with the slang of rap, the nectar of folk music, the rhythm of bigbeat and they mixed these ingredients in the smoky pot of blues and accidentally fell into it a bit of magic mushroom, too! Csaba ‘Boogie’ Gál and Andor Oláh played together through more than ten years and brought closer the audience to the black-rooted base of blues music and showed the path to the younger generation who is following their steps now. The current line-up creates a mixture from the old band’s experiences and from a new, unique, fresh sound – the visual background is strengthening the overall effect! The electronic music background is to be provided by Szabi Máté /Secta Chameleon/ and Dure (effects, electronic drum). This year we are celebrating the 100th birthday of the father of blues and respected renewal of the genre: Robert Johnson. The Mississippi Big Beat continues to modernize the genre, the blues basics are boosted up with electronic loops and effects and they take the ‘20s music into the 2011's sound! The show builds up from the songs of the 20s and 30s and we are arriving to the big beat sound finally. The Hungarian apostles of the Blues Beat are now launched to the international seas of Nu Blues with great success abroad! At the concerts everyone can hear songs from the upcoming album which is coming out in 2012 in the UK!
Andor Oláh - blues harp

Savages y Suefo live act
he two dj/producer members of this band came from the same eclectic music scene in Budapest. They play downtempo, breaks, jazz, funk, hip-hop, dub and all kinds of multikulti folk in their dj sets. Naturally they incorporate the same variety in their own music also. Savages released his solo debut album (Five Finger Discount) in 2008 through Chameleon Records. In the same year he met Suefo (also a member of Vono Box) and they started working together on tracks and remixes. In no time they were producing remixes for !DelaDap, [dunkelbunt], Danilo Venturi, Max Pashm, [re:jazz], Unkle Ho and others. These days they’re busy working on remixes for The Qualitons, Pluto Project, Mo Fire and Fókatelep. Their first EP released in February
